All users will register using your email address and a password. Once the system is open for registration, please follow these instructions:
- Click on "Login" at the top of the webpage.
- In the "Search for or Create a New Account," click on "Activate or Create My Account."
It is the policy of UCEA that all persons in attendance at the 2012 UCEA Annual Convention and Exhibition, including participants who plan to attend one or more sessions, are required to register.
Registration allows the individual to attend all invited symposia and sessions, grants admission to the UCEA Sponsor and Exhibit Hall, and provides the opportunity to attend any of the UCEA Professional Development extended workshops and EDUtours.
Please note for registration: In order to qualify for the UCEA member rate, your university's membership must be current through 2012.
Take advantage of the Early Bird Rate and register by August 15, 2012.

International Scholars
In keeping with UCEA's longstanding tradition of an international focus and collaboration with aligned organizations worldwide, the Association welcomes international attendees to the 2012 Annual Convention.
If you require a letter of invitation to travel to the Annual Convention, please e-mail your request to uceaconvention@gmail.com.
Registration Payment
Registration fees may be charged to American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment. Please make checks for registration payable to UCEA Registration in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. No registration or hotel request will be processed without applicable payment.
Refunds
Registration fees will be refunded, less a $25 service charge, if a written request is received at UCEA Headquarters by September 1, 2012. Written requests may be emailed to uceaconvention@gmail.com or faxed to (434) 924-1384.
On-Site Registration
On-site registration will take place at the 1st Floor Registration Area at the Marriott City Center. Please see on-site registration fees listed above.
