Q: What is the Convention mobile app?

Our Whova Convention mobile app will be ready by Nov. 7 and can be accessed in web or
mobile form. Features:

Communicate with other attendees
View the agenda / create your agenda
Livestream general sessions
Important announcements
Meet-ups and social groups
Social wall

Q: Do I need to register?

I am only presenting in one session. Do I need to register?
We have community members presenting in our session. Do they have to register?

Yes. All presenters and attendees must register to attend #UCEA24. Registration is available
in advance and at the event on Level 2 near the San Diego Ballroom.

Q: Can I still purchase tickets to the Awards Luncheon and Annual Banquet?

Yes. Tickets for both events are still available. Award recipients receive complimentary
tickets. Ticket sales will end Friday, Nov. 15 for the luncheon and Thursday, Nov. 21 for the
banquet or until sold out. Email us if you have already registered and would like to
purchase tickets.

Q: Where do I upload my final paper? When is it due?

Here is how you can upload your final paper:

Visit All Academic
Click Track Submissions / Upload Final Papers / Read Reviews
Select the upload link for the proposal that you would like to upload a paper.
Follow the instructions to upload the paper.
You are replacing your proposal with your paper.
Papers should be uploaded by November 1 as a professional courtesy to the other presenters and facilitator.

Q: How do I view uploaded papers in All Academic?

Visit All Academic
Click View the Online Program
Search for the Session (in search bar or the various browse by options)
Click the specific paper
Click the Download button to download the paper
If there is no Download button available, the author(s) have not uploaded a final paper

Q: Where do I go to register when I arrive at the Westin Bonaventure?

UCEA registration area will be on Level 2 near the San Diego Ballroom
Proceed to the UCEA registration desk
UCEA HQ staff will be ready to assist you through registration
Please do not attend any sessions prior to registering!
