Viewing and posting jobs on the UCEA job board is available at no cost for UCEA members (non-members pay $150 for a four-month post). Non-member graduate students and faculty can view the job board at no cost. All that is required to submit your job postings is a UCEA account.

Job Seekers: Click on the red member login button that is in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.

  • For members, once you click on the red button enter your user login and password.
  • Non-members if you do not have a profile already in the system, you will need to create one.
  • Once you have logged in click on the down arrow next to Resources and click on Career Development Tools
  • On the left-hand side of the page in the menu you will see Job Board, click on that it will take you to the job list.
  • The most recent listing will be posted at the top of the index.

Employers: Once you have logged in click on post job button and complete the form.

  • To be able to post a job a user (member) must be connected to an employer.
  • To connect to an employer after logging in you will go to the job board and click on the employer option and request access. From there you will create a new employer or request to be connected to an existing employer. Requesting to be connected to an existing employer will have to be approved by the job board manager.
  • All submissions are reviewed before posting. Blind postings are not accepted.
  • Jobs must align with the interests of individuals within the UCEA community. All postings are at the discretion of UCEA.
  • Jobs will be posted weekly and will remain active for three months or until the position has been filled.
  • All fields must be filled out and the submission process must be completed for a posting to be considered.
  • Submitters will receive an email confirmation that the job listing was posted, a request for more information or a notice that the posting was rejected.
